Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, the movement is relatively slow and the action deep, concentrating on areas of tension and pain.

It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, lower back tightness, and sore shoulders. However is also ideal for improving circulation and helping to tone up muscles.

The Bodi-Tek Deep Tissue Sports Massager is designed to mimic the functions of a professional Sports Massage expert.

Adjustable intensity levels and a 360º rotating head give total control. Use on a lower level to experience a gentle rotating massage, higher levels give a deeper massage which penetrates further into the muscle structure.

How to use
Simply turn the massager on and position over the area you wish to treat appling a small amount of pressure.

You can use the hand held contoller to increase or decrease the intensity. We recommend that you start on a low intensity and increase until you find a level that is comfortable.     

The main benefit of the handheld design is that it allows for targeted relief to most muscle groups.
 
Warnings:

• Do NOT use the Sports Massager on swollen, inflamed or injured parts of the body without seeking medical advice first.


• The Sports Massager should not cause discomfort. If you feel any discomfort or soreness the setting may be too high.


• Do NOT place over sensitive parts of the body or varicose veins.


• Remove all body piercings and jewellery in the treatment area before use.


• NOT for the use on children under the age of 14. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
