The Compact Heat Lamp is safe, hygienic and easy to use. It uses infrared heat (true infrared 100W light bulb) to help soothe muscular and joint discomfort. With 3 points of adjustment, pivoting a full 270° you can direct the heat precisely where it is needed.

How to use
Begin by inserting the infrared bulb, then place the Compact Heat Lamp on a flat surface and direct the lamp where needed and switch on.

Do NOT use the Compact Heat Lamp:

• If you have a history of skin cancer.


• If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, suffer from high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, heart problems, thrombosis, diabetes, skin related illnesses, those insensitive to heat, under the influence of alcohol, those taking pain-relieving medication or recovering from recent surgery.


• On swollen, inflamed or injured parts of the body without seeking medical advice first.


• On or around children under the age of 14, a helpless person, a person sensitive to heat or on an animal.


• Over sensitive parts of the body or varicose veins.


• For persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
